The cost is neither refundable nor transferable in the future under any circumstances, including any dispute or matter of dissatisfaction in service. The patient takes responsibility of payment of any costs/expenditure during the treatment irrespective of success or failure.

The patient understands that Vighnaharta Naturopathy Health Care Centre can take the final decision to accept or reject their case or discontinue this selfless service at anytime for any reason in the future without any explanation. Any debates and legal proceedings regarding this treatment must be handled in the Dhule jurisdiction exclusively with no exceptions.

Regarding the products given to the patient on request of patient:

Genuineness, purity, freshness and originality of our products is Manish Health Care Center's specialty and in order to maintain this we use the highest and best ingredients regardless of cost. Hence the end product can be quite expensive often times.

A supplement that costs Rs. 10 today could cost Rs. 100 the next week and one that costs Rs. 100 could reduce to Rs. 10, depending on several factors. The prices of JST supplements can never be fixed. They are bound to vary due to various different factors such as availability of the necessary purest, natural ingredients, transportation of these ingredients from sometimes very remote areas (deep forests, deep seas) via foot by tribals, land, or air, depending on need and speed of therapy requested by the client and volume of the order. That is, if only one person needs the supplement the cost is high, whereas if a whole group of people is ordering in bulk at about the same time, the cost of acquiring, transporting, and preparing the supplement is then distributed amongst all the people, who have placed an order in that batch of medicine. Certain herbal ingredients are only available in particular seasons, hence acquiring these ingredients off-season can add to the cost. Customized, purely home-made and truly hand-made supplements are prepared fresh from scratch each time an order is placed and nothing is branded, and nothing is obtained in local markets for cheap. Our supplements contain No pesticides, No alcohol, No chemicals, No intoxicants, No adulteration, No side effects, No animal extracts, No preservatives No artificial flavors, No artificial colors, No extra fat, No dairy products, No yeast, No hormones, No gluten, and No added sugar. No adulteration, no budgeting and no cutting of corners is ever allowed in Vighnaharta Naturopathy Health Care Centre.

Each supplement is so highly specific for each person, that it cannot be utilized for anyone else. Once an order is placed, it is final with no refunds regardless of the time it takes to prepare your food supplements. You must accept your order even if it arrives late. These supplements have to be consumed quickly as recommended by your Vighnaharta Naturopathy Health Care Centre's representative, because we never use any preservatives or alcohol or other agents to extend shelf-life at the cost of your life. If, you live far away and your medication gets spoilt in transit, that is not our responsibility. If, your medication is lost or stolen in transit, it is also not our responsibility either. We do not replace any supplements that get spoilt or lost in transit. We do not refund any charges for lost or damaged supplements in transit. We take every possible precaution to provide purest products in high quality packaging with reliable shipping for your very precious supplements, but we cannot guarantee that anything untoward won’t happen to it after it leaves our hands.

In order to maintain optimal freshness and purity of our products we still rely on plastic and other such packaging material. We continue to discover safer and safer alternatives everyday that can maintain the freshness and purity of your supplements and still be eco-friendly. We also have to use plastic wrappers/ aluminium foils in some of our packaging. Our supplements never induce allergies, but as a result of these commercial packaging materials, if someone has an adverse reaction it is not our responsibility.

We keep only 20 % profit margin on our actual expenses with our supplements. Our products themselves are expensive by nature as explained above. We at Vighnaharta Naturopathy Health Care Centre have devoted our lives to healing, reviving, rejuvenating and curing one single person at a time. Usually our patients who complete our recommended treatments with appropriate discipline in diet and lifestyle end up feeling so much better, healed, cured, and so very grateful , that they whole-heartedly devote themselves by way of time, money, space, and other forms of donation. They share and spread our knowledge and good work. Such gratitude-filled contributions from our patients are all the profit we ever need and are looking for. By resurrecting one human being at a time we impact their families, social circles, and the world as whole. There can be no bigger profit/margin than that.
